All the Group Housing erven are north / south facing therefore the houses are to be sited in their length from East to West. This allows for the maximum use of north-facing vistas with south-facing seas views to some of the more elevated properties.

The design of double-storey dwellings making use of the “loft” spaces is encouraged, as is water-wise natural fynbos landscaping. Group housing properties are to have coverage not exceeding 65% and homes to have a minimum size of 100 Sq. M exclusive of garage/s and stoeps.

All requirements relating to the dwellings, i.e. building parameters such as maximum heights, boundary building lines etc. applicable to single residential properties are available under all documents.
